  • What are your hours?

    Our facility operates around the clock, remaining open 24 hours a day, every day of the year, including holidays.
  • What hours do you have staff?

    Our staff is present to assist you from 9 AM to 6 PM on weekdays, 11 AM to 3 PM on Saturdays, and by appointment only on Sundays.
  • Do you allow minors in the gym?

    While our primary focus is on adults 18 and above, we do accommodate younger individuals with a signed waiver from their parent or legal guardian.
  • What types of training do you offer?

    We offer a wide range of fitness options including strength training, cardiovascular equipment, group classes, and individual coaching. We also provide quality supplements, nutritional guidance, and an infrared sauna for recovery.
